In April 2021, we launched a new programme within Aegon and as part of that we wanted to try some new learning styles that hadn’t been used internally before. We decided a podcast trial would be the way forward and so approached Keith.

From day 1 of our relationship with Keith has been an absolute joy. Keith's knowledge of the topic, contacts to help improve your episode formats and delivery and also his witty banter all make him a fantastic person to work with!

More recently we decided to mix things up and do a live event which once again we got Keith involved with and his infectious personality and creative thinking helped us to deliver what our CEO called a “Truly brilliant” cross site event.

We’ve now been recording for over two years, with podcasts being our most engaged media style for the programme. Currently tracking at over 8,750 downloads with an average topic improvement score of 24% - both of which wouldn’t have been achievable without the wonderful Keith!

Cannot recommend or thank Keith and Woosh and The WEL enough for the fantastic job they did livestreaming the Doddie Aid Dinner Party back in February.

No easy task moving smoothly from household to household throughout the evening, be it multiple camera angles of sizzling steaks, cutting into the many music acts or keeping tabs on Ally McCoist as he charged through the wine list.

In 2018 I had an Podcast idea but no idea how to get it off the ground.

After my first meeting with Keith we recorded my first show a week later!

Now with over 100 shows under my belt I would not be where I am without Keith and The WEL Podcast Studio.

We initially went to the WEL Podcast Studio with a podcast idea – that’s all it was, an idea. We weren’t really sure how it was going to work or whether it could be done. I always enjoy recording episodes of the Leading Conversations podcast at the WEL. My guests are always put at ease - it's a comfortable and relaxed studio environment.
