The WEL Mobile Podcast Studio is housed in a Volkswagen Campervan and is an ideal option for performers coming to Edinburgh for The Edinburgh International Festival and Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

CONVENIENCE

You don’t need to bring any equipment as professional recording kit is provided.

 

FLEXIBILITY

We can meet you at various locations throughout Edinburgh, close to the popular Festival Hubs of George Square, Bristo Square, The Pleasance, The Assembly Rooms or any other location upon request.

 

RECORDING PROCESS

The process is straightforward - once inside the van, we’ll look after the recording.

TECHNICAL OPTIONS

Our Mobile Podcast studio offers professional-grade equipment, including up to 4 Sennheiser E845 Microphones, TASCAM Portacapture X8 Multi-track recorder and an optional Sony FDR-AX43 three-camera setup.

We transfer the files to you at the end of the session.

We can also offer an Editing service.

PRICING

Pricing starts at £65 + VAT per hour, in line with our Audio and Video Podcast Studio Packages.

Day rates with Videographer are available on request for recording multiple episodes.

Parking charges are passed to The Client. (Sorry!)
